3RC was founded in 2001, and is now led by Kay Vee Cheytanov and her partner, Tanya Vandenberg. Their original founding partner, Gregory Vandenberg, has since moved on to open an audio-visual company, Ringmaster Productions, and continues to work in education and career guidance.

 Kay Vee Cheytanov- General ManagerKay Vee has been successful in the entertainment world and in the corporate world, where she was Project Manager (web design) for QData before joining Three Ring Circus. She has personally done more than 500 shows since 2001. Kay is currently expanding into motivational speaking, with emphasis on leading young people into the lives they dream of. She continues to express her creativity in music and project ideas. |
 Tanya Vandenberg - Creative DirectorA background in advertising, print and publishing makes Tanya the perfect person to handle our publications. Her talents in show writing have garnered two awards, and she is the driving force behind new show production. She currently writes a column every week for City Press Rapport, and is producing our videos. Her teenage children are our in-house focus group! |
